Get to Know Us Better
88 stc was built with one goal — to be the most trusted, most secure, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. From slots to live sports, we're always in your corner.
88 stc is an online casino and Sports Betting platform built exclusively for the Malaysian market. We have a genuine understanding of what Malaysian players want — fair games, fast transactions, customer support in Bahasa Malaysia, and a smooth playing experience whether on desktop or smartphone.
From day one, our approach at 88 stc has been straightforward: build a platform we would genuinely enjoy using ourselves. That means a clean interface, a hassle-free deposit and withdrawal process, a constantly updated game library and customer support that truly helps — not just automated replies.
Today, 88 stc proudly serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Penang to Johor Bahru. Every member is part of a growing 88 stc community.
These six commitments are not just promises — they are the standards we uphold every single day at 88 stc.
Over 1,000 slots titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and 30+ other providers. Live Casino with live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack tables. Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and MPL Malaysia e-sports — all in one 88 stc platform.
We know that waiting for money to go in or come out is one of the most frustrating things about online casinos. At 88 stc, deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX are processed in seconds. Withdrawals are completed within 15–30 minutes for regular members and even faster for VIP members.
All games at 88 stc use an RNG verified by internationally accredited independent audit bodies. Your data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption — the same standard used by banking institutions. You can play with peace of mind, knowing every spin and every bet is genuinely random and fair.
Over 80% of 88 stc members play on smartphones. That is why our entire platform is fully optimised for touchscreens — no lag, no complexity. Open your mobile browser, log in and start playing in under 30 seconds. No app download required, no extra configuration needed.
The 88 stc 7-Tier VIP Rewards Program is more than just a name — it is a full recognition system offering up to 20% cashback, monthly physical gifts, a dedicated personal account manager and a birthday bonus credited automatically. No tiers expire, no points burn out, no extra forms to claim.
The 88 stc customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach us via Live Chat within the platform or WhatsApp in Bahasa Malaysia — and you'll be speaking with a real person, not an automated bot. Every issue is resolved promptly and professionally.
From a simple idea to build a platform that truly respects Malaysian players, 88 stc has grown into one of the most trusted online entertainment platforms in the country.
Every decision we make at 88 stc is guided by four core values that have remained unchanged since day one.
No hidden fees, no made-up conditions. All 88 stc terms and conditions are written in plain, straightforward language. What you see is what you get.
Every 88 stc member — whether newly registered or a Royale VIP — deserves the same quality of service. We don't treat players differently based on how much they deposit.
The 88 stc platform never stops evolving. We consistently listen to member feedback, add new games, streamline the transaction process, and improve the overall user experience.
88 stc believes entertainment should stay entertainment. We provide comprehensive self-control tools and support resources because we genuinely care about every member's wellbeing.
Trust isn't something you can buy or advertise — it has to be earned through action. Here are 88 stc's concrete commitments to every member.
88 stc supports all major Malaysian e-wallet and digital banking payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with no hidden fees.
"Over two years with 88 stc and not a single issue has gone unresolved. Their customer service responds within 5 minutes via WhatsApp in Bahasa Melayu. Withdrawals consistently hit my Maybank account within 20 minutes. A platform you can genuinely rely on as a local player."
"Love 88 stc because I can deposit with Touch 'n Go — no slow bank transfers needed. Their slots collection is massive, with all the popular titles. The VIP programme is also better than any other platform I've tried — automatic cashback, no manual claiming required. Well done, 88 stc!"
"Sports and e-sports betting at 88 stc is a great experience. Their MPL Malaysia market coverage is the most comprehensive out there — you can bet map by map, first blood, everything. Live odds update fast too. The mobile platform is better than a lot of other apps I've tried. DuitNow deposits go through instantly. Highly recommended."
In an increasingly crowded online casino landscape filled with platforms from all over the world, 88 stc stands apart with a clear identity — a platform built specifically for Malaysian players, by a team that truly understands local user needs and habits. This is more than a marketing tagline. It's the philosophy behind every decision we make, from interface design to payment method selection and writing support content in Bahasa Malaysia.
When 88 stc launched in 2019, the decision to focus exclusively on the Malaysian market was a deliberate and principled one. We saw many international platforms operating in Malaysia without truly serving Malaysian players — customer support only in English, irrelevant payment methods, non-localised content. 88 stc exists to fill that gap.
One thing we consistently remind ourselves internally at 88 stc is: "If it creates friction for the player, it needs to be fixed." This means we regularly reassess every flow on the platform — from the registration process, deposit methods and game navigation to the withdrawal request flow — and ask whether it is simple and seamless enough for the average Malaysian user who may not be especially tech-savvy.
The result is a platform deliberately designed for simplicity without sacrificing functionality. You don't need a lengthy tutorial to get started at 88 stc. Open the platform, register in 3 minutes, deposit using the Touch 'n Go or DuitNow you already use every day, pick a game that interests you, and play. It's that straightforward.
88 stc believes that trust cannot be demanded — it has to be earned. That is why we hold ourselves to the highest standard of transparency across every aspect of our operations. Our bonus terms are written clearly and specifically — no hidden clauses burying unreasonable rollover requirements. The RTP (Return to Player) for every slot is available in the game information so you can make an informed decision before you play.
For Sports Betting, 88 stc odds are updated in real time and our markets are among the most competitive for Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF Tour badminton, and MPL Malaysia e-sports. We do not adjust odds after a bet is placed — what you click is what you get.
With over 500,000 registered members, the 88 stc community is one of the largest among online entertainment platforms in Malaysia. Our members come from all walks of life — from university students trying slots for the first time, to young professionals enjoying live football betting on weekends, middle-aged parents playing live baccarat during downtime, and seasoned players hunting million-ringgit progressive jackpots.
This diversity within our community is something 88 stc genuinely values. Our platform is designed to serve all of these players equally well — flexible betting limits ranging from MYR 0.10 per spin on slots up to thousands of ringgit for VIP members, a rewards program that recognises players at every level and customer support that is equally patient with first-time and experienced players alike.
88 stc is not stopping there. We are continuously adding new games, expanding sports markets, improving transaction speeds and enhancing our VIP program. In the near future, we are working on several upgrades that will make the 88 stc player experience more personalised — game recommendations based on your play history, promotions tailored to your interests and statistical tools to help you make smarter Sports Betting decisions.
Our ultimate goal at 88 stc remains the same as it was on day one — to be the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. Every decision we make, every provider we select, every feature we add is driven by our commitment to staying true to that goal. Thank you for being part of the 88 stc journey.
